Many might know Seline worked in healthcare revenue cycle for many years and some know she started SMN Capital & Holding. Now the business is expanding to offer Tax Preparation and Financial Services. The focus is for businesses to maximize revenue and leverage the tax codes to accumulate wealth in tax-deferred solutions that will protect growth from market downturns; that’s a tip worth listening too. There will also be a Raffle for a “give-away” or two (or three) and the opportunity to Network with other business owners. There will also be a few more tax tips for 2026… ” Did you know” … paper checks are being phased out to no longer be an option for refunds

Is there a cost to attend this event or do I need to buy something?
No. There is not a cost to attend. The event is also about Networking and celebrating another service offering for SMN. Each attendee will get access to the businesses that attend and a complimentary Financial Analysis (includes a debt free projection) if he/she chooses.

What if I am not a Business Owner?
The invite is for Individuals and Business Owners.

What is happening during Networking?
There is an open forum for Networking which makes it organic and easy for people to connect / meet one another. If possible intentional introductions will be made or connections. Give aways will happen during this time.

What tips will be shared?
Things like the QBI 20% income deduction for eligible pass-through owners remains available (engage your tax professional for specifics).

Other:
We will not have time to get into (this session) legacy planning, wealth building, tax efficient business planning, private banking structures or retirement income freedoms minus the market risk. I will do another invite for that 2026.
