Hi everyone, I posted this in another group I am apart of but am curious on all of your input as well. I am a business consultant with Paychex where I cover all of Michigan from the UP down. I manage over 200 businesses who I interact with on a daily basis. Many of the people I work with are currently utilizing us for various reasons. A question I have for all of you who like to chime in is what do you look for in a service provider? Are you looking at price, service, value in offerings, or is it a combination of them all. I know with COVID and the constant changing laws that things have become difficult. Business has changed whether we like it or not and times are changing as well. Truly any insight into this would be appreciated because I like outside perspectives from people who are not using us. side note- If you are using us and ever have any problems or concerns please reach out to me as well as I am very happy to help. In addition to that if you ever have questions about Paychex please let me know 🙂 ... See MoreSee Less

There are certain restrictions if the Company has received the 1st PPP Loan whereby the Company can’t get a double deduction for employee wages.
